3-month free trial. No payment is required during the trial, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

1. Free trial

Eligible merchants receive access to Wysie for an initial free trial period of three months from activation of the merchant account or business profile.

2. No automatic paid conversion

At the end of the free trial, Wysie will not automatically charge the merchant or automatically convert the account to a paid subscription.

3. Trial extension

Wysie may extend the free trial period where paid subscriptions have not yet been introduced or where Wysie elects to continue the trial programme. Any extension remains subject to these terms unless replacement terms are presented and accepted.

4. Future paid subscriptions

If paid subscriptions are introduced, the merchant will be required to actively select an available paid plan and accept the applicable price and billing terms before any payment is collected.

5. Merchant information

The merchant is responsible for ensuring that business information supplied to Wysie is accurate, lawful and authorised for use in the service.

6. Use of the service

The merchant may use Wysie for its intended business-assistant and website-assistant purposes. The service may not be used unlawfully, to interfere with the platform, or to access another merchant's information.

7. Wysie platform and intellectual property

Wysie remains the platform and assistant brand. The merchant retains ownership of its own business information and branding. Wysie retains ownership of the Wysie platform, software, assistant identity and related intellectual property.

8. Availability and changes

Wysie may update, maintain or modify the service during the free trial. Material changes that require new merchant acceptance will be presented separately.

9. Ending the trial or service

The merchant may stop using Wysie during the trial. Wysie may suspend or end access where necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or discontinuation of the trial programme.

10. Acceptance

By selecting the agreement checkbox during merchant account creation, the merchant confirms acceptance of these terms.
